WE TAKE ZELLE AND CASH PAYMENTS ONLY
1. Absolutely NO KIDS & NO EXTRA PEOPLE allowed.
2. For any Wig Units/FULLACEWIG, Closures Units(only wig), and Frontals (COLOR ON BUNDLES) HAIR must be received 7-10 days before your appointment. ANYTHING LATER RESULTS IN A LATE FEE of $85 FOR RUSHED SERVICES.
3. Drop off/Pick Up hair schedule is Monday through Friday 11am-7pm. Please receive confirmation on the day you would like to drop off and ALWAYS TEXT A HOUR BEFORE COMING!!
4. Please come with your hair Washed and blown out. You can come braided to save time. Braids can be added to service for $15 PREFERABLY SMALL CORNROW BRAIDS GOING BACK CONNECTED. https://youtu.be/q1_qC34cfv0
5. Appointments can take up to 2-3 hours. It is important to be on time and follow the rules so that your service can run smoothly. If you book an appointment on the day of an event, work, or special plans and you are late Sabrina is not at fault.
6. Arriving more than 15 mins late with NO CORRESPONDENCE may lead to your Appointment being CANCELLED and you will have to reschedule.
NO CALL NO SHOW = BANNED
7. 48 hour NOTICE is required if you are unable to make your appointment. Last minute cancellations will require a new deposit will to book again.
2 last minute cancellations = BANNED.
8. You will receive reminder and confirmation notices via Text closer to your appointment. Please keep contact info updated. No response to messages may lead to your appointment being CANCELLED/BANNED.

10. Sabrina is not responsible for any DAMAGES, to install, or APPEARANCES on Wig Units, Closures, and Frontals after 24-Hours from receiving services. If you have a problem with your install, let it be known the day of.
11. My Assistant will respond to your messages from Tuesday -Saturday from 10:00am 7:00 pm. (PLEASE WAIT 24hrs FOR A RESPONSE! WE WILL GET BACK TO YOUR INQUIRIES) Please do not mind little delays in texts, throughout the convo, she will respond all inquires by end of day!
12. Sabrina will only provide Up to 3 wig maintenances. After the 3rd install, please provide us with a new wig to install. I DON'T REINSTALL WIGS THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED FROM PRIOR HAIRDRESSERS! IF BUNDLES ARE BEING REUSED, PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE THEM WASHED AND COMPLETELY DRIED & SEPARATED !
13. You will receive the shop's address in your confirmation email, once deposit is paid. We are located in Brooklyn, NY11237.14. Walk-Ins are unavailable. If you're looking to be squeezed in you can choose the option Emergency Appointment.
15. Deposits and Services are NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE WITHIN A MONTH OR IN THAT MONTH YOU BOOKED.16. BEFORE ANY SEW-IN INSTALL THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT PAYMENT IS NEEDED FIRST! Zelle or Cash17. RESPECT GOES A LONG WAY BEING UNKIND WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING UNABLE TO GET SERVICED 💕

If I don't have any availability, please be on the look out for my Instagram posts. I always post dates when clients cancel and you can send a deposit of $45 to hold your spot. If you need to reschedule for a date that I have posted, you will have to send another deposit of $45 to hold your new appointment slot. (You can reschedule your appointments on your own.) After two times of rescheduling you will no longer be able to reschedule.
